Jacob Franklin, MD

After completing a Clinical Informatics fellowship at Vanderbilt Health in 2025, Jake Franklin remained an Assistant Clinical Professor of Informatics and contributed to multiple publications with colleagues. He also took on a dual clinician and CMIO role at Indiana’s first CCBHC, helping transform community mental health. In addition, he advises start-ups through the MATTER collaborative, with a focus on mental health and digital therapeutics, while continuing to grow his national presence through conferences.
