Hannah Slater is currently pursuing a PhD in biomedical informatics at Vanderbilt University and is funded by the National Library of Medicine. She received a dual Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Alabama. Her current research interests are characterization, identification, and prevention of suicide and adverse events. She joined VUMC DBMI in Fall 2021.
